The 2008 George Arvidson Award for Meritorious Service to Chiropractic Regulation was presented to Dr. Richard L. Cole for his dedication to service.

In 2008, the FCLB Board of Directors renamed the Outstanding Board Award to honor Dr. Earl Wiley and asked Mrs. LaVerne Wiley to help present.

This year's recipient was the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Dr. Ron Tripp, President, and Ms. Beth Carter, Executive Director accepted the award for their board.
